"Application form"

Application form? What kind of application form I am referring to? Someone suggested me to create application form for my post "part-time boyfriend wanted". Haha, I don't know whether this is a good idea or a bad one, but i think it is worth to try it out. LOL. If the response is higher, that mean its really work.

But another problem occurred, i don't know how to upload the application form lah.. So i think of other option, for those who are really interested in the application form, can just leave me a comment and I'll get back to you as soon as possible. Wakaka..^O^
